About our method.

The structure is the same, but each phase adapts to the project. An MVP doesn't need the same strategy as an SME digitalization. What doesn't change is the rhythm and clarity.

Not only can you, it's necessary. We do weekly demos where you see the product in development and give feedback in real time. We don't disappear for 6 weeks and then show you something you didn't ask for.

Changes within the defined scope are part of the process. If the change involves new features, we discuss and agree together before continuing. No surprises.

The listening session is 30 minutes. Strategy and design take the first 2 weeks. Building and testing weeks 3-5. Launch in week 6. Real timelines, not optimistic estimates.

In the listening session we assess complexity. If it requires more time, we propose a phased plan: we launch a functional MVP in 6 weeks and keep iterating after.
